The renowned quality of Coonawarra is a product of its thin rocky soils and underlying soft crumbly limestone (Calcare) which naturally produce balanced vine canopies and small crops of intensely flavoured fruit. Our Calcare Cabernet Sauvignon is a fine example of the Coonawarra style displaying ripe cassis fruits with lifted spice
