In the mouth it is fresh, expressive, with good acidity and good persistence, returning memories of flowers and red fruit. ELABORATION Selected grape, temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. RECOMMENDATIONS Optimum temperature between 6C and 8C. For better conservation, store in suitable conditions
