The nose is fruity, also characterized by pleasant vegetal and stony aromas. When tasted it is full bodied, lively, characterized by an excellent balance between acidity and minerality. PAIRING Throughout the meal, it pairs beautifully with rich fish dishes, particularly grilled or baked.
