Commune of Buttons Kikuyu Pinot Noir 2021 barbera-d'alba Earl Grey tea and driedThe Kikuyu Red cuve is a blend of two Pinot Noir plots from the Piccadilly Valley, located at the top of the valley, and the Little Creek vineyard located on the northern fringes. Each plot was fermented separately in large, open 20Hl vats with 50% whole clusters. Aging continues in old barrels for 9 months. A Pinot Noir of finesse and elegance, with plenty of freshness. Excellent aging potential.
