The manometer seal ensures that the recess is sealed airtight when inserted and that there is no pressure loss. On the scale between 0 and 3 bar, the optimum operating pressure is indicated by a red mark. The pressure gauge is also equipped with a bleed screw to reduce the pressure if necessary.
